The Man, Paul & Bob Do Not Get Paid A Salary, Running These Pools Is A Hobby,…NOT A Full-Time Job! The Man Will Occasionally Make Typos As Well As Not Posting Updates Fast Enough For Some Of You Out There! PLEASE BE PATIENT We Have A Life Just As You Do!

Pick ONE Team To Win Each Week, Straight Up. No Points Or Spreads Are Used.

A Team Can Only Be Selected Once For The Entire Regular Season (18 Weeks). There Are NO Exceptions To This Rule So Please, DO NOT ASK.

A Player’s Weekly Selection Must Be Submitted on the Sportshut Survivors Website on or before 11:59pm MST the day of the game of your pick. EXAMPLE: You want to pick a team playing on Monday Night; that pick must be made before 11:59pm MST on Sunday. Rule Five Will Be Applied To Any Player Who Fails Pick On Time. No Exceptions, NO EXCUSES

A Tie Game Will result In A LOSS!! You Will Be Out Of The Pool.

If At Any Time Any Of The Remaining Players In Either The Survivor Pool Or The Second Chance Pool Want To Stop And “Split” The Points,… It is Up To Them or the person initiating the split To Contact The Remaining Players By Either Phone Or E-Mail to Verify If That’s What They All Want To do. All Remaining Players Must Agree To Do This,…If Not, Then The Pool Continues. The Man MUST Be Informed By All Remaining Players Of Their Intentions To Split The Points And End The Pool. This Must Be Done No Later Than 2 Hours Prior To The Friday at 12:00 Noon Deadline Before That Week Of Play.

If At Any Time Any Of The Remaining People In The Pool Lose All In The Same Week (for example 3 Players Left And All Three Lose That Week) Then Pool Will End And The Remaining People Will Split The Points. The Pool Will ONLY Go Through The Regular Season of 18 Weeks. No Play-Off Games Are Involved. If There Are Still Players Alive After The 18th Week, The Pot Will Be Split Amongst The Players Left.

In The Event Of A Postponed Game (Weather, Act Of God, Mother Nature, Etc.) Where That Game Will Be Re-scheduled At A Later Date. Your Team Selection Will Be..”LOCKED IN” For That Week And You Will Get A Pass For That Week. You Will Not Be Able To Select That Team Anymore! When That Week Of Those Games Of The Two Scheduled Teams Play…..You, Will, Be Required To Select A Team As Usual. Your Selected Team PLUS the Postponed Game Must Both Win! If Either Selection Loses, YOU’RE OUT! If At That Point In The Season, Where There Is A Possibility That Everyone Else Could Be Eliminated, You Are Not Able To Stop And Split The Pool Until After Your Two Teams Have Won.
